Adrian now is now beginning to tell the difference between me and our personal trainer. I notice this when he makes funny faces at the personal trainer when he spots little Adrian when hes benching. I also smile at him when he does his cable rows and he totally notices the smile.
Adrian has now began to show excitement and smile when we pull up to the gym or when he hears the protein shakes being made. He also watches me when I'm on the leg pull down machine and is mesmerized by the motion i make while on it. (this is the emotional milestone thing).
Today i took Adrian out and played some good old baseball. Turns out he can totally crush homers cause of his ripped pectorals and sick lats. He also learned how to crash home plate when rounding third and some dud is covering the plate. That'll teach em.
At about 3 months baby adrian can now bench press without a spot because he can open and close his hands now which is solid. He can finally nail crunches and sit ups because he can move his head around with more power. He can also do a lying down chest press because he can bring his hands together as well. I also need to watch out because sometimes he knocks his protein shakes over when he's swiping around.
Today my baby Adrian and i went to do some rigorous outdoor training followed by protein shakes at the man pad. I learned he can hold his lunch on the swings and kill it on the slides as well as get a wicked tan on.

I chose this item because its solid wood which should be durable and its cheap.
I chose this item because it looks pretty sturdy and the price is fair.
I chose this item mainly because the colors are stylin' and its fairly inexpensive.
ill admit this stroller looks kind of sketchy but its pretty cheap and im on a 300$ budget so gimme a break here.
I kind of splurged on this one but i have the money so whatever. it looks pretty darn nice.

My total comes to $252.00.

Breast vs Bottle

Pros of Breastfeeding:
Can help prevent conditions like:

-Ear infections
-Diarrhea
-Respiratory infections
-Meningitis
It also may help protect children from:

-Allergies
-Asthma
-Diabetes
-Obesity
-Sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS)
Breast milk also has many vitamins and nutrients that are very good for the baby. Another huge factor is that breast milk (as long as you produce it yourself) is totally free. It gives the baby the "skin to skin" connection that all babies and mothers need to connect emotionally. The ability to nourish a baby totally can also help a new mother feel confident in her ability to care for her baby. Breastfeeding also burns calories and helps shrink the uterus, so nursing moms may be able to return to their pre-pregnancy shape and weight quicker. In addition, studies show that breastfeeding helps lower the risk of breast cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, and also may help decrease the risk of uterine and ovarian cancer. In one long-term study of the National Institutes of Health Women’s Health Initiative, women who breastfed for at least 7 to 12 months after giving birth had a lower risk of cardiovascular disease.

Cons of Breast feeding:
-Time consuming
-Not as easy as just grabbing a bottle
-Can be inconvenient
-Breastfeeding in public debate
-Breast feeding women need to consume an extra 500 calories a day
-If you have had previous STD's or currently have an STD you probably don't want to breastfeed.

Pros of formula:
-Either partner can feed the child
-Convenient, just heat and go
-Due to consistency of most formulas, formula fed babies need to eat less frequently.
-Moms who formula feed can eat and drink whatever they want because the formula doesn't come directly from the mother.

Cons of formula:
-Preparing the formula can be a hassle
-Has to be heated and immediately served to the baby, no wait time.
-Can be costly
-Possibility of producing gas and constipation
-Lack of antibodies

Development haiku

Kids grow way too fast,
In multiple areas,
My kid can lift lots

Introducing baby Adrian

I wanted this child because i want him to be a world weightlifting champion. I look forward to spending days at a time pumping straight iron in the gym. I fear that he might injure himself, but injuries are also only for wimps and he's not a wimp. My hopes and dreams are for him to lift weights and eat meat. Im going to be the best parent i possibly can by supplying him with all his vitamins and supplements. Were talking protein, creatine, ginkgo biloba, pre and post workout shakes and everything in between. Its gonna be rad.

Childhood Development

What are the 3 areas of development?

Physical- Physical development of the child i.e.. growing larger.

Social/emotional- Social and emotional development include gaining friends  having feelings toward other people/animals/things and actually considering others feelings.

Intellectual- Intellectual development includes becoming more school smart, remembering things, and having a growing vocabulary.
